The system is very good because it's a streamlined setting agnostic clone of Delta Green, but god knows if the scenarios are any good. BRP D100 games are like OSR, they're mostly compatible so you can use any system you like. If you're going 1920s, use either classic Call of Cthulhu scenarios or Trail of Cthulhu ones, both are great. If you're going modern agencies investigating eldritch stuff, use Delta Green or Nigh Black Agents, both have very good scenarios. Say what are you planning for your players and I'll upload to gf what you need.
