Gaia, last night was a pain. We finally moved into the pit. More of those insect like formori everywhere and lots of banes of vanity and envy too. All congregating around a big balefire pyre acting as the heart of the pit. We’ve been fighting them all the night and most of the day, but I think we got all of them and the theurges managed to cleanse the grounds. The pit withered away and now the basement is just a normal place, we hope.
But, while we were poking our noses there we found a lot of interesting stuff. Turns out this old house used to belong to my witch friend and her family. We found a photo album that looked very old. A couple of them even showed her as a cub, but Redpaw said that if the age of it is correct then she’s supposed to be much older than what she looked like when we met. He did said that making yourself younger is a thing mages can do, and I don’t know how to feel about this discovery. Still, we are worried about getting involved with stuff way more powerful than we expected
