>>97016406Take a fucking alternate ammo type if it bothers you. Under standard rules you could take smoke, frag or narc. Under advanced, you have the option of heat seekers or swarm; those seem more Clan-like in their application.Multiple bins are an opportunity if you're not a retard.
>>97016956Kind of crazy that they copied the designs from a setting where some advanced electronics can't function properly, so you have to physically look through glass to see anything, and they came up with totally different tech explanations that don't explain why everything has glass everywhere. And then when people said>uhhh so why the huge glass cockpits? They just said>it's not glass and they see through cameras and don't ask where the cameras are or why they have glass everywhere but also it's still a weak point And they've been running with that the whole time.
>>97017202It's not glass.
>>97017202I don't really give a shit what the powers that be say, mech cockpits may be fed a number of displays from external cameras, but the cockpits must also have thick armored glass-- probably some clear aluminum-oxynitride derivative or similar. It doesn't make sense to have pilots blinded by power failures, nor does it make sense to have head armor be so minimal unless there are reasons you can't armor them as adequately as the torso. They're probably a multi-layered laminate and internal projectors overlay onto these windshield layers (or through the neurohelmet) to overlay tactical information, improve visibility and provide night-vision, infrared and other sensor functionalities. It's a weird fucking hill to die on to declare 'the windows we've modeled and painted on all the fucking models aren't windows'

>>97017373I have custom models of the Marauder BA and it can be done. If you dont want to print it, juat scrounge up some Dark Age minis
>>97016715>>97016956>noooo designs have flaws!!!>real life military equipment >nearly identical across the board with only minor differences No fuck you, building retarded shit on purpose for "flavor" is the most retarded shit imaginable, real flavor is putting equipment into positions it was never intended for, like Rifleman mechs as frontline brawlers or Chargers as stock.
>>97017637Real life military equipment regularly has what many people would view as flaws, yes. The further back you go, the more severe and numerous they get.An obvious modern example would be how many current MBTs have significant portions of their frontal armor completely unprotected by composite(and as far as modern AT weapons are concerned, no composite means no armor at all).
>>97017637Also, real life military equipment didn't become so indistinguishable until the mid 80's at the earliest, and many find that homogenization extremely boring.
>>97016752I like Avitue. Shorty's giving them hello kitty girl, grippy socks and grippy pussy kinda vibes.

>>97017287Alternatively named Ferroglass, but an important point is that you probably can't use it as a replacement. Call it game rules but head sections do only get 9 points of armor normally. It is more fragile than normal armor or otherwise has limitations on thickness. Also because its called ferroglass they might not be aluminum; I do understand that transparent alumin is their real inspiration.Actually did transparent metal even exist when ferroglass as a concept was written? >>97018504I don't really see a resemblance aside from having a hunch neck. It doesn't have the elongated claw-gun arm or forward chest that all the Gurren models have. The plain, straight legs and lack of feet are weird.
>>97017947The RPG gave hardness values for different materials, and ferroglass is slightly less hard than mech armor. It's still about as hard as steel, though, so it's not super brittle or anything, but if you did decide to replace all armor with it you would lose some durability (that's also why the mechs with big bubble cockpits or a ton a windows get the weak head armor quirk).Though I bet there's been at least one Solaris fighter who said fuck it to the slight armor loss, transparent armor is just cool.
>>97018556I was also thinking of the right arm being vaguely similar to the massive claw arm and the fact that it's a vibro claw making me think it had to be intentional somehow

>>97018843You don't want to field and assault mech to do something a Dervish could do. You're supposed to fire your LRMs as you're closing in to SRM and ML range. There are variants that swap put stuff for more LRMs tho.
>>97018873I like it, did they make a Naga II too?
>>97018839>I never understood anyone who complained a mech that easily generates twice its heat sinking capacity per turn has overheating problemsWell a lot of mechs don't have the issue that half their arsenal is sitting out the battle as paperweights even when targets are within optimal range. It's not even like you're completely free to just fire away with either the long range weapons or short range weapons. The long range weapons alone overwhelm its heatsinks, as do the short range weapons if it's moving. The stalker is specifically built to leave either half of its firepower unused depending on how close or far its opponent is lest it spontaneously combust and it dedicates a lot of tonnage to doing that. Some are not fond of that approach.

Anons, I ask for your advice.I have made a scenario ("Training Day") for teaching BattleTech for newbies. It works fine for 1-2 players. I promised to teach at a local club of kids, age range 12-17. I figured there'd be like, maybe two people interested. The club has gaming time for three hours. Figured I'd show up, play the scenario, tell them about BattleTech and show off my rulebooks and models and talk about how to get into it.There are six people who have now signed up. They have very little prior roleplaying/wargaming experience. So obviously, running them through the scenario one-by-one is not an option, so I'm thinking of alternatives. My current idea is basically>Sit everyone down>Give everyone a 'Mech>Go -briefly- over the basics of movement, shooting>Divide them into two teams of three 'mechs each>Let them have a go at it on a single mapsheetMAYBE with some simple "take these positions on the first two turns, fire at that wall to check your weapons are good to go, then you're weapons free" for that RPG/scenario/teaching element. As for the 'Mechs I'd give them, I was thinking of>Hunchback/Enforcer>Wolverine/Gladiator>Centurion/Crabor the Kurita Phoenix Hawk or something. I usually tend to go for 4/5 pilots when teaching so they don't get used to stuff being "too good" but might go for 3/4 for the sake of time. I don't want to give them differing weights to stop "feels bad" moments for kids. Would heavies be better though? More gun but not much more armor?Anyone else have experience teaching large groups? I've understood that the "Grinder" is good for larger games, but that'd require atleast some rules knowledge/experience beforehand, correct?Pic related, everyone taking part will get a Wolverine after the game. First one's free.

>>97021164Printing them leaning back on this specific model tends to cause the autocannon barrel to melt. Which can sometimes work, othertimes not. The support I use tend to be light enough for scarring not to be an issue on models like this, but I appreciate the advice and agree to it in general.

does anyone know a good scenario or pack of scenarios to run to help me younger brother learn Battletech? we have played one intro game, but i want to now play a full game agains't himGoing to paint these babies as Free Worlds Guards, also post FWLM minis
>>97020728wasnt today but this was the last one i worked on
>>97021401How much younger?Unironically the House Arano PDF has some good scenarios for more scenario-oriented gameplay that aren't fuckoff huge or confusing like some of the older or other releases.
>>97021401I've got a Shiloh Wolverine. Still need to do more Silver Hawks, this was basically a spur of the moment pivot after I experimented with a different undercoat for the tan that made it not match the scheme it was originally going into.
>>97021467Ans the Regulans it didn't match. I've posted them before, but I don't have anything newer for the FWLM.
>>97016956I like how the laser pistol has a cable attached to an external power pack. Glorious 80's battery tech.

>>97021065>>97021562The divergence point between Battletech and real life is that picrel is canon and happened in 1984

>>97021757First you'll need a computer that's plugged into an outlet which is currently receiving power. Somewhere on that thing is a power button, which you'll need to press exactly once, but only after completing the previous step. Ideally, this computer already has an operating system and the megamek program installed. Also a mouse, keyboard, and monitor which are all plugged into the computer.

>>97021065It diverges from the real world already some time in the 90s, when the Soviet Union's collapse turns into an all-out civil war. Also, General Motors develops a practical fusion engine in 2025, and instead of having the UK break off from the EU this timeline's version of Boris Johnson does basically the opposite and champions turning NATO in the Western Alliance (strangely enough, BT did predict him becoming the prime minister).
>>97021604What's crazy to me is these are technically proficient artists with a solid grasp of human anatomy. But they have absolutely zero idea how mechanical things should look. It's like they slapped a bunch of primitives together and added some reflective-ish light-yea that'll do.

I still see shit like the Crab and King Crab all the time, and the Atlas, the Horned Owl, etc.Even Battletechs quadrupedal mechs look more like something out of Super Sentai than they do any sort of spider tank (not that that would help at all since Japan pretty much came up with those too).

>>97019987>Was there ever an official source that said all clanners are like supermodel-tier attractive? The text says they are. But it's a *qualified* yes. The Robert Thurston novels mention it, when Aidan is loving with Peri Watson for a minute, and one of the early Clan sourcebooks does as well. Likewise, essentially every Clanner ever described in a novel is pretty attractive unless they're badly scarred up. And that's the thing, Clanners USUALLY start off reasonably attractive by default, but they get fucked up on the regular as a result of injuries through the sibko, training and all the Trials they fight in. Remember that *most* trials are unaugmented, so a given clanner has a pretty good odds of having at least one broken bone in their face every year or so. But Clanners *are* universally physically fit people, and there is an extremely strong correlation between people being physically fit and being "attractive", so all other things being equal, Clanners should be attractive more often than not.The art is too much of a grossly mixed bag to say anything. Laubenstein (the guy who did >>97020045), has literally never drawn an attractive person in his life. Drawing ugly people with misshapen noses is his entire schtick. See also: the ~300 pieces he did for Shadowrun. CGL hired an artist who draws EVERYONE like meth addicts (>>97019630), regardless of how they're described. There is a lack of desire to pay good human artists until extremely recently, compounded by a lack of art direction (see also: Protos), that makes it impossible to tell anything from the artwork. For any interpretation you like, you can point to a piece of artwork which supports it.Then you have the various RPGs, which I don't have the character limit to explain fully. Short version, they are a generally bad source for almost any snapshot of the game universe you care to name unless you are making a dishonest argument, and should not be used to prove or disprove anything.
made a little Transport gunship, i think its a little too expensive, but i wanted it to be able to transport a squad of BA and still be a good fire support heli, thoughts?

If you rescue the scientist, you get Dazzle Mode for your energy weapons for the remainder of the campaign, to help against the dinos.
>>97023251I would just add them to the IE team. They had mercs, anyway. The famous attack at the Wolverine site happened to the Blue Star Irregulars IIRC. The Coalition never saw the place.

So is the regular Centurion pretty much done outside of the Marians after Jihad? I guess there's no real need to keep going on it when the omnimech version is available.

>>97018221>>97018231Nice, thanks anons.
So a Star or Level II can be any mixture of mechs, BA, ASF and tanks?
>>97024223Level IIs can be mixed, but stars are always the same unit types. Nova and Choir refers to a formation of BA attached to an equivalent sized formation of mechs that transport them.
>>97024256>stars are always the same unit typesI've seen mixed Stars of like three omnis and two Points of Elementals in what I seem to recall were official books
>>97024223Stars are normally one type (but not always), while Level IIs are whatever the fuck you want.Remember that in the Clans, a Point is 1 Mech, 2 ASFs, 2 vees, or 5 BA (or 25 conventional infantry). In ComStar, a Level I is a single Mech, ASF, or Vee, or 6 BA or 36 infantry (BT rules require splitting that into 2 18-person platoons in game rules).
>>97024097If they can afford XLs, they can afford omnimechs. An equivalent omnimech is only 15% more expensive than a regular battlemech.
>>97024278And you'll see a lot of them whenever someone has to play Clan forces under BV restrictions, because it's all they have points to work with.
>>97024499The bidding system requires them to be able to break any unit down into smaller parts. There isn't even a standard name for a single mech or vehicle under normal IS conventions, it's just a mech or vehicle. The clanners break it down to a Point because they might end up bidding down to it. And at the end of the day, you don't always have your full strength. A short lance or a short star merging with other understrength units is better than not deploying them at all after taking a couple losses.
>>97024027>>97024053Common misconception, but omnimechs are not the end-all-and-be-all of battletech. There are a lot of good reasons to use battlemech versions of a mech even if you can have an identical or near identical omnimech loadout. The first and most obvious is cost, both in purchase and repair/maintenance; the advantages of pod designs are only fully realized when you can afford multiple pods, which further compounds the expense of a single mech. The second is modularity; while omnimechs are versatile, chassis locked equipment can get in the way of more drastic retrofits. Finally, there's simple presence: If someone has a Centurion, they're not going to throw it in a junkyard to replace it for the same mech, but much more expensive.Omnimechs suit some very specific and unique needs; their modularity is ideal for special forces or mercenaries that may need to alter the specification of a mech quickly to perform various unique missions; but line troops and garrison forces (especially house forces, as well as poor periphery powers) are much more economically filled by battlemechs. If you're never going to change the weapons on your centurion and you don't have to have it ready and back into a fight in a timescale of hours (rather than days) getting the omni is just burning Cbills.
>>97024526>and you don't have to have it ready and back into a fight in a timescale of hours (rather than days)Wait. Are repair times quicker on omnis? This might change my buying habits in ATB.
>>97024645Well you can have pods ready to swap in for damaged gear and repair the gear separately while the mech is good to go. The short of it is, if you have enough pods ready, turnaround on a omnimech only takes as long as fixing the armor, because by the time that's done you've had ample time to switch any damaged pods.
>>97021604It better be, it's by Boris Muthafuckin' Vallejo.
We need more common superheavies, you can only do so much with an Ares
>>97024702I didn't know he did art for BT.
>>97024748You see it's literally anything other than a regular biped with autocannons and lasers so they can't do anything with it. Thems the rules.
>>97024748Why?The rules are written specifically so that superheavies are objectively worse that Mechs 100 tons and down. The Ares was only made as a novel gimmick for Dark Age. Frankly, it was introduced as MWDA was clearly starting to die in a failed attempt to renew interest with spectacle.
>>97024851The only thing superheavies can do is carry Heavy Gauss Rifles in their arms. If they were to get any practicality, there would need to be more sub-sub-capital weapons that only superheavies could carry.
>>97024851The Ares would be okay if it didn't have almost 20 tons of fixed equipment that barely contributes to anything it wants to do. They could have at least given it B-pods and MMLs instead of A-pods and an array of LRM 5 and SRM 2 launchers.
What's the story behind the two different cockpit options for the Thunderbolt in the House Davion Heavy Battle Lance box?
>>97024897The one that's floating is a standard t-bolt head, the one attached to the model there is reminiscent of the project phoenix art for the NAIS model, which is what that's supposed to be.
>>97024917Because like all PP art, the PP 'bolt is ugly as hell.
>>97024897>>97024917Also kind of feels like a nod to how people would get confused over whether it had a hatch or more cockpit glass on the top. So many hatches painted like glass.
>>97024934You gotta install a glass hatch so the cameras above the arena can zoom into your cockpit while you fight.
>>97024922That thud and the Ostroc are like the least offensive PP redesigns.
Battle Claw Vibroblades often are just normal Battle Claws with retractable, maybe hidden vibroblades right?
>>97024888Sure, but would it be better than a 100 tonner?Okay, it carried 28.5 tons of armor, which is notably more than a 100 tonner. But aside from that it carries 58.5 tons of equipment (including fixed and pod space).A Dire Wolf carries 50.5 tons of pod space and 19 tons of Ferro Fibrous, which is equivalent to almost 23 tons of standard armor. And it goes 3/5 instead of 2/3. But it has an XL engine, you say!An Annihilator goes 2/3 with a standard engine, carries 12.5 tons of armor and 57 tons of equipment. And trying to get an Ares to go 3/5 would require a much heavier engine, even if it was XL.Frankly, there are several 100 tonners I'd take over an Ares any day of the week. It's a fun idea, but it doesn't really make sense even if it didn't have all that fixed equipment.
>>97024970The Annihilator having less than half the armor and less equipment overall kind of defeats that argument though. The Ares is also deceptively fast since it can change to any facing for just 1 MP. An Annihilator has to stand stock still to do an about face, an Ares still gets to walk in its new direction, whichever direction that may be.
>>97024997Also superheavies reduce the move speed penalty for woods and rough terrain, so the Ares can actually book it through a forest faster than most 100 tonners.
>>97024997The Annihilator has 69.5 tons of armor+weapons at 100 tonsThe Ares has 87 at 135 tonsI dunno, it just doesn't seem worth it to me, and again, once you try to make that fucker have any actual mobility (including jump jets), you get into superheavy engine territory, which is...not fun.
>>97025035Superheavies can't take JJs
>>97024970>Sure, but would it be better than a 100 tonner?Carry a Long Tom with a generous ammo load? I mean what do you want from a superheavy?
Recommend me some charming round "fatty" mechs.
>>970249702/3 is the Ares maximum speed. Any heavier and the engine goes way over 200 tons.
>>97018818Alexandra Daddario or Sydney Sweeney?
>>970250993/5 is a 405 rated engine. That's, what 60ish tons? Very doable, especially with XL...but then you lose a lot of capacity. The square law for engines bites your ass pretty fast.
>>97025135That pictures dates to before Sydney Sweeney wore her first training bra.
>>97024006I have been to Reddit. I have been to Facebook. All I see are hordes of people posting models and talking vapidly. Are you excited to buy new models? I sure am. Here is a picture of a box I bought.Sometimes, this is interrupted by the most retarded rules questions. Hi I'm new what box do I buy? Like Google or FLGS no longer exists. I have played MechWarrior for five years how do I get started with BattleTech? What is Alpha Strike?I don't know if the average person is just that retarded or if AI has sloppified their minds or whatever but holy fuck it's so asinine to go anywhere expecting any kind of quality conversation. Even if there is discussion on the lore (there isn't), it just devolves into shitty memes or "I watched the Tex video on this. I have never actually read a book on my life" and then people start fellating each other over how much they love watching 3 hour long video essays instead of reading anything themselves.Fuck. You guys are assholes and there's the occasional thread-derailing and "ree trannies" moment, but for actually talking about BattleTech, this is still the best place. Fuck this gay earth.
Have the Dragoons initially brought any Clan-grade or SLDF-grade mech weapons and components with them?
>>97025226>SLDF-grade mech weapons and componentsYes, plenty, which caused confusion as they were rolling in with 'mechs long thought extinct. For example the Hoplite.
>"So get this right, we deployed some of our best men as mercs to fight the Star Leauge who kicked the shit out of them, but then, wait fot it, but then we asked Star Leauge for reinforcements...and they took them from the guy we were fighting! he even had a melty and tried to have our guy executed, but everyone just ignored him!"
>>97025234I mean not the mechs themselves, but things like DHS, LBX, ERPPC and etc. I was also wandering if they downgraded the mechs before they departed or after they arrived to the IS
>>97025226>>97025241I don't think so, or if they did they mothballed it with their fucking WarShips. They knew about lostech from Intelser, even if they sent fucking Annihilators and Imps and that one, glorious Stone Rhino. It's never implied that the lostech or Clan tech they pull out wasn’t manufactured on Outreach. IIRC the Dire Wolves VSD and Hohiro get are described as being hand-made.
>>97025241...Sarna claims they refitted most of the 'mechs and dropships and shit with readily-available equipment, meaning that they did have the stuff with them, they just hid it initially.
>>97025221internet is dead theory.
>>97025289They hid it all in a Periphery system before they arrived in the IS proper.IIRC they sent someone to grab it all later after the big reveal.

What's the best mech for annihilating little fucks that can stack +5 TMMs and then annihilate your back armor with a dozen clan micro faggot whatever lasers?
>>97026403In my experience, two things have worked:1) Get your own ridiculously fast mech with piloting 2 or 3 and kick/charge the fucker (ex Ti Ts'ang 10L, Ebony 9)2) Get a decently fast mech with flippable arms, pulse weapons, and stealth armor (ex. Jinggau G9CC). Stealth armor protects you while chasing the little shit and flippable arms with pulse weapons means he can't escape. But the real trick is to outnumber your opponent. Force him to move his little shit first, then windmill slam your counter in reaponse.
>>97026403Anything that spams clan LPLs. Of course, that would meant that to beat the faggot you've become the faggot yourself.
>>97026403People will say artillery and smoke and mines but all you're doing is teaching them to use pulsejumpers and also artillery and smoke and mines.
>>97026403If it’s a speedy little shit like a Fire Moth or something, I would say:>hold stillYou’re gonna get hit anyway, might as well maximize your to-hit number for shooting back>biggest pulse lasers you can carrySomething like a Fire Moth is seriously threatened by a 10-point hit, and with a +5 TMM if you stood still with a 4/5 pilot you’re on 7+ to hit. Not great, but better than 50/50 odds. If you can snap a leg off or drill into the CT you could just kill the little bastard before it does any real damage. >bring mechs with flippy armsIf they do get in your back arc, they won’t get to shoot you for free. Alternatively, you can fight them with cheese of your own. Artillery probably does well. I’ve run a few points of Enhanced Sylphs at 4/1 as guards against that sort of thing. Nobody wants to get near the little shits that threaten a 14-point leg attack on anything within 5 hexes, and they only cost a few hundred BV each.
>>970264031. The counter for a backstabber is better positioning. Cover your back armor and consider using designs with more mobility to punish them over terrain.2. Take advantage of their range disadvantage with Precision ACs; They have to be lucky the whole way in, you only have to get lucky once.3. Cook them. If they're running TSM they're already going to be pushing their luck, so hit em with plasma and infernos when they close.>>97026487If it's a lesson they have to learn, teach it to them every time until they stop doing it. Bait the jump, swat the fly.
>>97026510>until they stop doing itIt's not what they stop doing, it's what they start doing. Any fielded force is stronger with smoke, jumpers benefit from them more than many others because it's free cover to hop in and out of.

>>97018221I want Kaiju, not cyborgsCyborgs can be played with normal meh rules, just use lasers to represent their lasers, use cannons to represent their cannons, etc... they're already in the rules, the models are merely an aesthetic if you're doing cyborgs.Players want creation rules for purely biologial opponents who are the same scale as battlemechs with an entirely non-mech record sheet.

Why does Battletech have so MANY infantry options? Did people use even half of them aside from the battle armors?
>>97027535No you really only should use BA and the TW generic infantry platoons
>Was going to buy some elementals>CGL wants £25 for a star>Can get a Star and an Extra point for £8 from Ral ParthaThe CGL ones are also super fragilr
>>97027535Because at some point infantry autist veterans had influence over the game and wanted every little thing to have rules, plus RPG stuff bleeding out because "what if an entire platoon was carrying this one weirdly specific sonic stun weapon my character stole from a pimp on a space station that one time?" is a question that really doesn't need to be answered, but some people demanded it was.
>>97027676I'm not a fan of the old style giant triangle shoulders personally, but I respect the hustle.I personally used 6mm tau stealth suits for "Battle Armor"
>>97027351If you can't actually understand english than you should stick to the parts of the internet that are in your own language.

Do you guys think the FRR table would work as a mercenary/periphery table? It lacks the more Liao-feeling options but otherwise feels like a general "everything in the shitbox" feel since it takes from the three neighbors.
When ypu are trying to build a Clan army how do you make it actually work? Because a Star has 5 mechs withing one weight class of eachother, but Omni mechs are super expensive. Do you use 2nd line stuff or just say like the Star broke up or sonething?
>>97028099You build it just like a regular list. You buy the most expensive stuff first, then use lights and elemental to fill out the rest of your initiative slots. If the points are smaller you limit yourself on how much of the expensive stuff you want to get. Usually stop at four or five minis so that the game doesn't go on for too long, unless you agreed to a longer game with your opponent or are playing alpha strike.
>>97028133Some something like this for a 6k Game>Gargoyle >Griffin IIC>Ice Ferrit>2 xElemental bases
>>97026403>What's the best mech for annihilating little fucks that can stack +5 TMMs and then annihilate your back armor with a dozen clan micro faggot whatever lasers?2/4 pilots in cheap, hard-hitting mediums with a mix of guns that give targeting bonuses. Not just pulses, either. A LAC-5 with a bin of Precision and a bin of AP can do vicious work if they use vehicles to pa their BV. Precision AC ammo in particular cuts +4/5 TMMs to +2 (since it always rounds down) and +6/7 to +3. The hardest part is forcing PSRs on the little shits, but it's the easiest way to force them down on their asses for a turn. The other Anon's suggestion of Stealth and flipping arms or ass weapons is also solid - while micro and small lasers, MGs, or MMLs may be "efficient" on the construction side, they have very small engagement ranges and on a model that's firewalling its engine every turn it has to get close to do workOne of the other, funnier options is to take several fast melee options like good old Scabby or a Gurkha. Give your pilots obscene (and relatively cheap) piloting upgrades. Repeatedly slapping sprinty fuckers with a sword will never not be funny, and the pressure often makes the other player obsess about activation order in a way that frequently forces them to make mistakes or bad moves. Also, make sure you read the TMM chapter carefully. There are some critical things about shortest-path measurement, reversing, and jumping movement that sort of player tends to "forget" to help themselves. You can often force them to choose between >losing a couple points of TMM>engaging your freshest unit on the nose instead of the one they really want to backstab>leaving themselves open to aforementioned head kicks and dickshanking by your own lightsI run Piranhas occasionally for the lulz. They tend to go down hard and fast once *anything* gets through. Even a 1/36 chance to hit is worth it when you're taking 20 shots a turn on them
>>97016809Youve been able to order it from the website for like a months already. Got mine a few weeks ago. Should be in store next week I was told.

>>97029201Looks pretty good in terms of scale. The catalyst mechs are ostensibly 1:265, if I remember correctly, so it's close enough, really. I'm surprised those are 1:300, they look bigger than 6mm.

>>97027535I'm surprised how there seems to be a supper common light (Tunnel Rat IV), medium (Inner Sphere Standard), and heavy (Ravager) Battle Armor that fits most of the weight brackets. I hope the Spectre can be more common to fit into the light/stealth category, but that still leaves the actual 1.5 ton heavy suits needing a rep.
