They can't get you contracts (at least from what I recall), but Pledges are the way to give anyone and everyone a boost. Pledges don't need to only go one way; they can be mutually beneficial. There's even a specific pledge for creating a sorta-ghoul equivalent, Ensorcelment. Enscorceled mortals can see through Fae masks and get some fringe benefits, in return the Changeling gets a bit of glamour from them regularly.
