Alaitoc seer having vision of Prophecy of Risen Doom and predicting would-be awakening of Hyrekh is in Phoenix Rising. There's no other way of interpreting this, than the Prophecy having already been written in Mournful Night, then Alaitoc greatest seer witnessing the same Prophecy in her visions, and later learning about it in someway. That's what codex bit implies, with the Mournful Night prophecies supporting what Alaitoc seers predicted. Phoenix Rising doesn't contradict this, it continues what was already stated in the codex and expands on it. Rising literally mentions how Alaitoc made contact with Harlequins later and "found that (Alaitoc) but scratched the surface of larger threat". Mournful Night propheciesed the same thing that Alaitoc greatest seer would predict and then Alaitoc learned about this from Harlequins and that there's more to this, based on the 8th Edition bit, this larger threat being Imotekh, who ultimately caused the weakening of Pariah Nexus.
