I did the full page by page with the original versions, the only actual change/new content (aside from some text flow/kerning fixes) are the XP tables for the new OCCs in both books. If you actually need that for your game I could just clip those tables to post here (or in a Rifts/Palladium general, but I don't think anyone's made one in a while). Otherwise, yeah, that's all you're missing.
