I have never been mugged. I bet all the people who say they have been mugged are lying. That's what you sound like, btw.
>>97086404>reddit spacingbut yeah op pretty much all the horror stories are made up
Online stories are 90% fake it's a safe bet to assume so. Irregardless, the people that real horror stories come from are the ones that normal people can usually detect and avoid like the smell of shit.
>>97086467Tbf, its harder avoid those people when joining online games.>inb4 don't play online games.
>>97086319A lot of them are made to intentionally ragebait but there's always GMs that make mistakes.I have a particularly embarrassing memory of players trouncing an encounter that was meant to be so difficult that I gave them a bunch of NPCs to act as human shields so they could whittle it down before it got close. Since I was really inexperienced and didn't know a lot about GMing, my solution was to just start spamming enemies at them.No one's perfect their first time doing anything, and a lot of potential first time GMs get paralyzed with fear that they'll fuck something up.
