I just found out that Samurai Jack had a toyline back in the day. I was shocked because I watched the show and was around, but have zero memory of seeing it in stores. What are some lesser known toylines you know of?
>>
>>10869951
I only ever saw the one with the horse. I wasn't even interested in it because it was 5poa shit, and Marvel Legends was already making waves. Another line i never saw again was Xiaolin Showdown. I still wonder if I shouldve gotten Clay, but I was such a completionist
>>
>>10869951
Wasn't the Samurai Jack toyline exclusive to CN's website and there were just, like three figures? Jack, a Jack variant, and Aku?
>>
When I was a little kid I saw these on the Cartoon Network website and tried to order all of them, adding them to the cart, not realizing it cost money to order toys.
>>
>>10870162
I saw them at a H-E-B ( a grocery store that is in Texas) when I was a kid

I think I still have one of the jacks at my parents place
>>
>>10870162
Nope that would be Megas

I think that's how I got mine. Look at him go

There were two Samurai Jack lines. The one in the OP was by Equity, was like 4-5 inches tall and they were available everywhere but they came out relatively late into the show's run.

The first line was exclusive to Cartoon Network's website. They were like 7- 8 inches tall. There were two waves but the second wave was all redecos. I never knew who made them but I think it was Trendmasters.

Anyone have the KND toys? They just existed one day, then cancelled the next
>>
>>10871063
I had that exact set. Unfortunately Numbuhs 2, 3, and 4 are the only ones in tact.
>>

sounds like you played with the best characters

I had these mini figures. Not sure if I lost them, gave them away or what. Think I mainly used them as pokemon trainers/digimon tamers in my adventures.

>Thread is basically about Cartoon Network toys.
I can dig it. Picrel was one of my favorite toys as a kid and I still have one today.
>>10870156
I wanted these so bad as a kid but they all just disappeared off store shelves and became $200 online. The only toy I could ever find in stores was Dojo.
>>10871063
These were perfect, I always respected the fact that you could buy all of them in one pack.

Cartoon Network used to have a lot of exclusive figure sets on their online store, and I always wanted them. Billy and Mandy, Fosters, Megas, and even Robotboy, but all the Ed, Edd n Eddy stuff was dogshit.
>>
>>10874804
I had this three pack for Dexter...you know, I think I'm starting to see why I'm so okay with statues. A lot of my childhood toys had little to no articulation.
>>
>>10870976
so that's why they call him 'Jack'
>>
>>10873584
Pretty sure that is a real 3D printed figure that a guy was selling years back. I think he also did a Steven and a Pearl but he stopped before finishing the main crew.
>>
Were those Toyrus exclusive Regular Show and Adventure time toys the last CN toylines? It baffles me that ni-one made SU toys because they’re kinda action oriented. IDK, I’ve never actually watched SU, only video essays on it.
>>
>>10875047
SU had like three minifig lines and some awful McFarlane not-Lego sets before all of the goodwill towards the series ran out. Nothing on model though and most of the characters never got anything.

If you ignore Ben 10, then yeah. But i just remembered that We Bear Bears merch still being sold at Miniso and other korean stores because it's apparently a huge hit still.

KND had a lot of cancelled toys. Here's one ill never forgive

Lol. That sounds like something I would’ve done as well.

I don't think that is exactly the controversial opinion that you think it is anon.
Even most fans agree that the show was borderline unwatchable by the last couple of seasons and retroactively destroyed everything that it built up.
Our point is that it had some fun designs sometimes and it would have been fun if toy companies capitalized on that while it was running.
>>
>>10875958
I'm glad it never will

is that a fucking Mike Mozart of Jeepers Media Reference?!?

Remember when NASCAR had a cartoon?
>>
>>10876905
I just remembered Battle Force 5 which featured a car that could punch things with its wheels in the cartoon, but I dont think the toys could actually do that

I lost Dexter

Funny you mention A.T.O.M. In the US, Jetix aired reruns of NASCAR Racers alongside it.

Didn't they have a Numbuh 1 one with a car that was advertised on TV?
>>
>>10875958
>I don't think that is exactly the controversial opinion that you think it is anon.
Everyone, including the fans, shit on the series nonstop.
But saying it'll be forgotten is kinda of a stretch it. It had interesting lore about lesbo space rocks, an interesting look even with the "calarts style", and was a huge slow motion trainwreck that will be dissected for years

I don't care about worth but he is one of my favorite figures I own too. On the "special shelf" right next to my PC desk.
