The cally3d models biggest strength are their faces 100%. The bodies are decent, but all somewhat similar and uniform with some pretty bad technical issues from a modeling and texture standpoint apparently.
I think you wanted to go for something like a sexed up security breach look? In any case, an attractive face and hairstyle goes a long way to make something appealing, however differentiating body types can help prevent things from being too same-day. However this will somewhat contrast with the robotic same frame concept fnaf has going on and differentiation in style too much for a uniform set of characters that are supposed to go together can be jarring.
What I would recommend is thinking on specialties or personalities or something like that and then building up the physical around that meta physical.

For wires, not my thing and it would be a pretty big design issue in reality, but it's your setting so power to you and please go with what you prefer. That model does look solid though and I'd encourage doing a bit of thinking on the setting and characters since that will help you define their physical appearance and make it make sense rather than trying to make something fit around things afterwards. It'll also inform and strengthen your design process I think..

thanks, I think that's actually a suggestion i'm going to take right now and plan what the setting should be going forward. I don't have that set in stone yet, just some scattered ideas, building real world preferences i have like what time period themes i like vs what i don't.

i'm pretty amateurish for character modeling honestly, but for this particular model it's just taking the process of modeling a human head/body and chopping it into bits/smoothing out parts of the face you don't normally smooth out, i'm at the point were i'm figuring out how i'll do the eyelids and brows. I want that to be moving how an animatronic would, or just some kind of fictional robot. She's stuck in uncanny valley till i figure this out, which is why i hid her eyes in this screenshot i just took kek.
