Are there any decent options left for someone from the UK who wants to do a short stint abroad?

I'm tech wagecuck in London and I'd probably regret not getting my expat phase over with

If I go on a working holiday, Aus has the 6 month employer limit, some Asian countries also have WHVs but I can't imagine I'd be able to stay in my career without knowing the local language, sponsorship might be a pain for western countries

Should I try to stay in my career or should I just suck it up and teach English in Asia?

other options include
get a job that includes lots of travel as part of the job
get a job that allows you to work remotely (make sure that includes working in other countries)
become a contractor and then you can do whatever you want, e.g. work on a contract then take a few weeks/months off before the next one, etc etc
i have done all of those things

Bong living in Aus for 10+ years, take the working holiday visa, if your skills are in demand you’ll get sponsored by a company. Plus you can actually earn decent coin vs tefl jobs.
