I followed through on that application someone found in April. I'm almost certain I was chosen because I am transgender (MtF), pretty sure they wanted a trans person to fill out the cast. After sending my application I was sent another survey a week later..... then another so they're like reallllly filtering the applicantsEventually I was asked record a video audition on my phone which was only like 50 seconds long, another week or so later I got on a zoom call. Wasn't anybody I recognized but she was super PR friendly/professional or whatever so p sure it was a casting agency lady?? That first call was really simple questions (a lot of which I already answered in the surveys ;-;) and then stuff to gauge personality like what my strategy was and how I'd describe myself. obviously logistics stuff too, locking in when I'd be available and sum legalese about prize money.
