There's this harsh contrast between the blinding LED and the darkness surrounding it. It's like getting flash banged repeatedly and your eyes never get to adjust.The sodium lamps though had a weird consistency to them. On average, they're objectively worse than LED lamps, but there was a strange consistent light/tone to everything. It's hard to describe, but I honestly feel like I can see more under sodium lamps compared to the whiplash of LED lights
