I always saw Catra and Adora as pretty curvy, but in terms of children's cartoon proportions, since they rarely show breasts at all. So when a female character is simple not flat, I'll assume they're kinda busty in the artists eyes. Anne in Amphibia has a bit of this too. Hilda is the only cartoon series I can think of where female characters are drawn with defined breasts.
