To flip a saying, she's missing the trees for the forest. She's so convinced that her path and her ideas are in everyone's best interest that she can't see the harm they're doing to those close to her until it's too late. Her distress at her comrades leaving is evidence that she's starting to narrow the issue down in her own mind though, to the point that she won't have anything to point a finger at other than herself. That's where her real struggle will begin.

I'm eager to see what exactly Sasha will say/do to convince Anne to take her back set aside their differences during the third temple. Teaming up to beat a more powerful enemy is one thing, but considering how torn up Anne was over just being lied to, it ought to take a lot more than an apology for Sasha to make it back into her good graces.

Some are theorizing that when Marcy inevitably betrays Anne, S3 will focus more on Sasha and Anne having more time to reconnect, with Marcy doing antagonist things on her own in a reversal of the S2 dynamic where it's been Marcanne + the occasional Sasha episode.
