This season was really, really good. Could've been perfect with a little more conflict and angst, but that's probably a personal bias. I want both a movie and another season, they really made something special with this entry in the franchise.Now... hoping Superstar S2 is not as offensive as the latter half of S1 was. It's possible to enjoy it on its own, but you really get a bigger kick from it if you indulged in everything Nijigasaki. I have no idea what the anime staff could get from S3 of the game because the story has been aimless for months and I don't even think the writers remember the whole School Idol Exhibition plotline anymore. What is interesting is that S3 is kinda mirroring the S2 anime theme of wondering about the future. Anata isn't certain if being a composer is what she wants in life and questions if she would have the same passion for composing for those who are not her friends.
