Comparing that to the way she thinks of Mizuki, which is quite forced at times, I'd say, it's clear that Mafuyu is very special to her. It might be the delusion in me talking, but her concern for and attention towards Mafuyu is natural and can be way more easily interpreted as romantic interest than the way in which she cares about Mizuki like you would about a close friend.

Ena's events are usually with other people(Honami) or Kanade and Mafuyu. Those two seem to be the ones that affect Ena's growth the most. In fact, Mafuyu was the one that had recently increased Ena's development to the point that she's become a lot more softer around Mafuyu. Since the recent area convo had Ena trying to encourage Mafuyu to draw.
