Get weird, try to do something new every day, and make sure it's fun!As for fundies, I think they're important because it helps you make a simple routine with a clear and tangible goal. Drawing a cube from 9 different angles a day or drawing 100 lines from point A to B or something. the most important thing for the first 6 or so months is developing drawing muscles so your pen goes close to where you tell it to so just draw

Not only does it help you learn to draw straight lines through repetition (the basis of all learning), drawing boxes at different angles also helps you understand how to translate the 2d space of a canvas into the 3d space of what you're drawing. And even beyond that, construction often starts with a bunch of boxes and squares so it helps a ton to be able to draw them and understand them for that purpose>>726070301super cute!
