Yes, and this was pretty much the last time we've seen Sonic 3 get re-released with its original OST intact. After early 2010s, it wasn't acknowledged by Sega in its entirety, and if its levels were referenced, there were only those that they've owned full rights to, such as those in Generations and Mania.
