As for the Nemesis system, it's basically buried under layers of patent hellfire. Netflix owning the rights now doesn't help unless they suddenly decide to enter triple-A game publishing (lol). More likely they'll churn out a mobile game with Nemesis-lite mechanics and gacha or some "interactive storytelling experience™" nonsense. WB clutched that patent like Gollum with the ring and never used it again.
