Sylux can fulfill the latter but the former?Prime doesn't like to acknowledge potential Federation corruption, that's Sakamoto's focus with his side of Metroid and after Prime 4's Feds mostly fell flat at best and are outright disliked at worst don't see how you can squeeze in Sylux lore to make him more interesting aside from a bunch of convenient scans.
