If we take into account that FGO is already an alternative reality from either FSN and Tsukuhime but with shared similar events, then Shion by the time of her appearance in FGO (around 2016 in universe) is 18+ going by new continuity logic and around 16-18 by Type Lumina, which is 10 days before the remakes.

>>727672101Mostly only done the ReAct story and arcade so far. Takes place some time after Tsukihime’s story, it might’ve been explicit, but I don’t remember. It’s apparently the sequel to Satsuki’s (nonexistent) route. Sion, the girl in the OP, comes to town to make contact with Arcueid, and also to confront Tatari, the Dead Apostle who turned her into a vampire. There’s a few different routes in the game, but the main idea is that Tatari takes the form of people’s rumors to take form, and cause a disaster, sucking blood from the everyone in the area at which they were summoned. In not of the routes they confront Tatari, also known as Wallachia, to drive him out of the town. In the True Ending, Arc uses her Reality Marble to call the Crimson Moon, which forces Tatari to take his original Dead Apostle form, which can then be killed for good. There’s some other stuff that’s a bit annoying to explain, like how Wallachia and Sion are from the same family, why Sion is on the run from Atlas (and the Church). The Arcade Mode in ReAct has a White Len manipulating the town, with the ‘good’ characters usually trying to figure out the source of the problem, the bad guys just causing trouble, and stuff like that.
