>>727671834The difficulty settings basically only affect your health and enemy accuracy. Stealth is only marginally affected. The highest difficulty is just a stealth only mode. Enemies can kill you faster than it takes for you to ADS.

>>727671903Oh yeah, I remember now. The only reason to do it is for a couple weapon unlocks. The most important is the winterized BDC sniper rifle. the rest don't matter. I used a cheat table to max out my tier level in like 10 minutes because I was only playing solo and just wanted the unlocks.
