I'm replaying it on the new PS5 version and I realise how overrated it is finally. Honest to God, it's a step above GTA 3. Sure it blew my mind when it released like GTA 3, but we've come a long way and what you're giving me just feels barren in every context within the game from the gameplay to the story.
