I was panicking about computers becoming unaffordable. But then I realised I can already emulate the vast majority of games made before 2010. Do I really even need more? I'd be fine running 10 year old hardware, and my PC is already 8 years old. I already have more than I can play in a life time. I'm not defending the consumer looting though.
