The decorating system is way better because you can turn off clipping, you can rotate, control the z-axis, scale things up and down... etc. The one downer is that as far as I can tell there is no way for someone to go to your house unless they are a part of your neighborhood, in your guild, in your party, or b.net friends with you. So I can't just go to a specific house in a specific neighborhood, which greatly limits the ability for people to run social hubs. I figure they will probably work that out eventually.
