i never did pvp because i find it unfair that people who are already better at the game also have higher level and better gear than me simply for having played the game longer. it doesnt matter if i get gud if i also have to spend months/years grinding to stand a chance. in pve you can at least theoretically skip straight to more difficult content if you have the skill.
