I actually owned the PS2 version as a kid, and recently picked up the PC Port of the 360 version, the combat is a lot less visceral and feels very stiff. The PS2 version I think is generally accepted as being a lot more responsive. And from what I can remember, it was. The PS2/Wii versions also had a lot more content, for some reason.
