Couldn't even level one of the marine skills, Hideouts are ruined, Nord units were weak and some of them were missing armor pieces. Some people will never be satisfied regardless of what gets released.Most of that is fixed.
Pretty much every DLC ever seems to be Mixed on Steam. Even Shadow of the Erdtree which was universally acclaimed has Mixed recent reviews

bannerlord might be better but warband has so much content and there's a ton of variety with community mods. I know bannerlord looks and plays better, but most of it systems and mechanics feel super shallow and uninteresting, feels like a bunch of fluff. And modding is infinitely behind warband since it's been out for years and it's far easier to dev mods for it. Also the community is way more passionate about the game.
