Why the hell do the older Final Fantasy games have these particular characters that are actually pretty badass and have actual stakes and weight in their subplots and that people actually like, but the games themselves just drop the ball on them each and every time?Especially this one, every sideplot relevant to her just deadends without resolution and she just kinda exists in the background for a huge chunk of the game.
Wait til you get to XII and find out literally every other party character is better and more important then the MC who just won't fuck off to nowhere where he belongs.
