I have the spear from the Sergal, black steel sword, some guns, leechmonger ring, enough heroin for every character, small things amulet, 4 murky potions... Main issue is that the lightning bolts basically never miss and eventually wear me down. I'm pretty low on potions but I could probably go back a save and get some more

Your setup is perfectly good aside from Black Kalev. Murky vials fuck up the tanks really quickly and burn damage fucks up her main body on the first phase, second phase apply bleed and poison. Over time damage effects are extremely good against her.

Although if you don't have any healing spells, that's gonna make shit really difficult.
