At this point this is more setup than using a laptop
>>

>Grabbing a little thing laying beside your bed is somehow a lot of setup
>>
>>727720789
I didn't say it was a lot of setup, I said it was more setup than using a laptop
>>
You can just heal it though. Not an issue in 2025
>>
>>727720689
yeah
>>
>>727720828
If you think you just set a laptop on your lap then you've never actually played games on one.
>>
>>727720361
you need to hold the screen next your face as opposed to it just being a thing in the environment
>>
>>727720143
This is why I game on my laptop in bed.
>>
>>727720143
Just hold it up in the air RETARD

I have a solution for you, it is a bit controversial though: FUCKING MOVE YOUR BODY. EXERCISE FOR JUST 15 MINUTES A DAY IT'S NOT THAT HARD!
>>
>>727721456
this setup would be shit for gaming but pretty good for 3D modeling
>>
>>727721537
no
there must be a different solution

You're baiting but I unironically don't have a single Nintendo product. I have a Steam Deck though and just emulate tendieshit games on it.

I have deadlifted 495 and my wrists still hurt if playing my Vita too long
>>
>>727722458
no. just do some basic exercise to keep muscle mass up.
your muscles protect your tendons and joints from strain like RSI.
you have to be out of shape in a dangerous way or doing something fucked to get RSI from stuff like this.
building up your muscle to the minimum needed to protect yourself from this is easy as hell compared to actually getting fit, so there is ZERO excuse.
>>
>>727722549
As someone who's never done deadlifts before, how do I into them?
>>
>>727722549
just because you deadlift doesn't mean you were exercising the relevant muscles to hold your vita in position, though.
>>
>>727720143
Just get a pilow under the deck.
>>
>>727722796
You can ask a trainer to show you how to do them but there's a 50-50 chance they won't know either and give you some retarded cues

If I have to recommend one tutorial video, it's this one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MBbyAqvTNkU

basically the cues to keep in mind are:
>stand over the bar so that it's perpendicular to the middle of your foot
>bend down so that your shoulderblades are over the bar or slightly past it
>contract your back so that it's in a roughly neutral position and brace hard
>stand up keeping the bar as close as possible to your body, it should be scraping or nearly scraping your shins and thighs as it goes up
Start with 135 or whatever feels retardedly light for you, then add the smallest increment available with each training session(maybe more if it's really really light and you're comfortable with the movement). Make sure the bar goes to a dead stop in between every rep. It's not super important that the back is perfectly straight, the more important thing is that it doesn't change position during the movement. You don't need to worry too much about programming, you can do a single set of 5(warmups not included) a week for a long time and keep seeing progress.

I also rock climb to a decent level
>>
>>727722312
being completely relaxed at my desk beats awkwardly looking down at a tiny screen with my arms flailing around
>>
>>727722796
don't they're a meme exercise and you'll do them wrong, throw a disc out and ruin your life
