my vote goes to MISCHIEF MAKERS on n64 for being a strange 2.5D on a 3D console. There is no other mechanic but grabbing and shaking and throwing. The literal only time the game reverts into a River City Ransom beat em up is when you are this side character for 2 stages. Mischief makers, you'll honestly be glad you played it if vidya tires you out; its beautifully built in the strange pixel art level 3D models on actual 3D blocks and the whole thing just feels like a wonderful fever dream.
