It's good, but you should wait for the dlcs to release. I would consider that to be the actual 1.0 version of the game.

been playing it for the first time on ps5 last few days.. its good, runs smooth on performance mode and only ran into one bug so far, nothing game breaking. dunno about the other platforms i assume its better on pc with all the mods
