My slim Xbox 360 recently has a problem with the disk tray getting stuck and not opening at all and it's getting worse. Has anyone else here had this problem, how do I fix it? I still like old games but it's moments like these that make me NOT miss older console technology.
Take it apart and see what you can do man idk.Xbox 360s are the are probably the cheapest console right now (or PS4) so if you want to buy some backups now is the time.
>>727732869Common issue with the rubber belt inside.1 or 2 dollar fix.Console teardowns can be daunting/annoying if you aren't used to it, but it's pretty straight-forward.
>>727733597Maybe I'm mixing it up with the OG xbox but you can replace the belt without opening it up, just open the tray and use a tweezers to reach the belt/wheels.Although it you drop it in then you will have to open the whole thing to get it out.
