>shit game has an amazing soundtrackAny other examples?
calling it shit is a bit excessive but it was a all around very mediocre and generic game with a story written by what could pass off as a teenager who wanted to make his first jrpg. Yet somehow the entire soundtrack is an absolute banger. Really unfortunate.
Its a suda game ofcourse the soundtrack bangs
>>727736113He was barely involved with the game. Shin did all of the heavy lifting, then fumbled completely on both sequels.
>>727734669Ar Tonelico 3, I guess. I say this as a big fan of the series, but 3 is fucked. I get why it was fucked from a technical sense (B-team on a budget game trying to move to the PS3), but why was the writing shit too?Still thoughhttps://youtu.be/e6XJ_GAlRHIhttps://youtu.be/edI2zdVM7lA
>>727736429>>727735982Hahah shit I wasn't even the first one to say that a Gust game had a good soundtrack while the game itself was bad.Had to look it up to be sure and yeah, same composers.

>>727737190Yeah Gust was (and maybe still is) quantity over quality. I know they've seen a bit more success with recent Atelier games, though. Doesn't matter to me, though. The only Gust games I ever cared about have "Ar" in their names
