New starter expansion in Coerthas Eastern Highlands before players are marooned on Meracydia at level 10 if they choose the new story path over the Warrior of Light story. Story can be begun at level 10 with a new character or initiated at the end of Dawntrail as it’s an entirely new storyline with mostly new characters (scales so a new player will reach level cap (60) by the end of the story while an old player will still have the same sort of experience despite being much higher level).
