One time I moved to another PC and my Terrarria world was gone, despite Steam saying it has cloud saves. Getting a new PC soon and I am scared I will lose progress in other games, despite Steam saying they have cloud saves... Is there a way I can be 100% sure?
>cloudthats pretty dangerous, it can rain and you'll lose your gamehttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AnxrJiS5uKU
you need to find out where terraria (and other games) store their save data.most of the time, it's in the hidden %appdata% folder but stuff like this is just an internet search away. tons of people need to know the save location so it should be easy
I can't tell if the OP image is AI generated or just very poorly drawn, it has that yellow tint
>>727756131that yellow tint is called sunlight, you wouldnt know as /v/tards dont go outside
>>727756160So it's AI, got it
>>727756219retard
>>727755410did you actually make sure to save it to the cloudyou have to press a check boxI should hope you did otherwise that'd be really retarded
>>727755410Just back up the My Games\Terraria folder
>>727757504why does every game automatically put your save data on the steam cloud except terraria which requires you to do it manually?
>>727755410sign in on new computer and launch game before getting rif of old compute
