Why are westpigs so obsessed with the same IP over and over again?

2035/2036 when he and most DC property is public domain.

Copyright encourages companies to keep rehashing everything over and over again to get their money's worth, consolidation then ensures that most of the market is hoovered up by these types of companies.
We are currently in late stage copyright aka peak crossoverslop.
Not only is copyright so overbearing that you can't create any derivatives of anything newer than the 40s (not that it stops companies with public domain IP from suing people who use it, see also: Conan and John Carter of Mars), but most companies have joined into megapublishers that no one wants to work with unless they similarly believe that they are conning someone.
This is antithetical to most creative endeavors.

it was only implied in the cartoon but in the comic version she did. They even mentioned that the only reason she got to attend was because she got a scholarship from her gymnastic skills.
but they changed it later so now she actually was smart and graduated legitimately because they wanted to give her special skills like quick thinking and science/psychology expert to justify bringing her along in the suicide squad where all the other members are trained killers, weapons/intel/tech/espionage specialists, or have superpowers while she used to be just some bimbo sidekick.

cool now where's the comics that show her fucking the thirty fucking joker guys? you can't simply not draw that, it's quite impressive.
someone should have drawn that. someone must.

>she was a whore then she was turned actually smart to make her special
Both were retarded. She obviously needed to have some level of smarts to be a legit psychologist in the first place. The gymnast thing was just enough of a background to explain why she was athletic. The entire premise of the character was that she was an accomplished normal person before being infatuated with a psycho and then she became a villain and descended to his level to be with him.
This doesn't work if she was a turboslut/bad girl to begin with, since her position wasn't earned and there wasn't anywhere to descend from, so the comic just seems like it was someone's fetish (probably Timm's).
The over correction instead just makes her more girl-bossy. She was never meant to be above the grade of a silly hench-woman, and they didn't need any justification for the suicide squad besides her being good at acrobatics. Not like the rest of the group weren't jobbers anyways.
