It's kinda bizarre how in all of the weapons in video games, even from over the top and nonsensical ones, there's barely any, if at all, double barreled pistols. Even after some italians made a double barreled pistol in real life, no one copied it and put it in their games like they did with other cool/unique/wacky guns like the deagle, kriss, mateba, magpul, g11 etc
This is the kind of thing that Bethesda would make.
