Second best is on a chinkheld with a small 640x480 or 1280x960 display.For handheld games either play them on their OG system or on a handheld with the same aspect ratio and proper scaling. For example, playing GBA games on an original GBA or on an RG34XX (the latter provides a better experience) or playing PSP games on a PSP or PS Vita.
