Can anyone explain the concept of "self inserting"?I just fail to see what narrative purpose it serves to make X number of female characters all fawn of the MC of a game. I refuse to believe that there are people so insane they actually think they are a video game character, and that the video game girls are actually attracted to "them".Even Link from the Zelda series has like 6+ girls looking to fuck him.
