I got bored and bought Monster Hunter: Rise used for cheap because I saw all these people praising it. It has a comfy atmosphere at the start, but the controls are beyond retarded, the intro dumps a bunch of useless knowledge on you (forces you to learn how to use the camera to take photos… in medieval japan) while not doing anything to explain the control scheme or let you practice.
Then there is 0 storyline. It’s literally just a bunch of instanced boss fights, where the real boss is the horrible control scheme that you can’t rebind.
Why do people play this shit?
