It had a really good story and voice cast. It's aged pretty poorly though with the forced taxi sections and frequent load screens. Two is solid but more scripted and has set pieces to feign depth. Still worth playing though and has hilarious commentary on the violence of blacks that got censored in the remaster. The third game is shit though. Made by another studio and spends most of it's time discussing "racism" and how blacks are oppressed.
