I have played WoW ever since vanilla, on and off again that is. Literally bought every single expansion. I have hundreds of hours in it. But I have never made it to max level, never raided, never even really partaken in guilds. I am always suckered in by what could be's, what stories I can experience, what sort of relationships I could make. But every single time I come back to the game, I make a new character, play for a couple weeks, then find a game that's actually fun.

It absolutely ruined the game for me. Peak was before the battlegrounds came out and nobody did world PvP anymore, raiding low levels zones and capitals.
