>>727801107at least they have something to complain about. the alternative is lose the audience to endless gacha slop. also, people who complain are usually louder than people who are just enjoying the thing. you can also alleviate the complaints by taking the reduced production costs into account when selling the thing, so rather than selling it as a new premier premium super ultra cool game that you MUST buy at 99.99 plus tax plus tip, you can sell it at like 40 or 50 bucks. people will be a whole lot less harsh on the product if they didn't spend as much on it.
