Third, their power is to make nearby animals help them in battle, which is extremely situational and hardly useful. Fourth, if you're going to have a passive ability, it needs to be cool. If it was 100% resistance to poison and diseases, then it would be okay. 50% means if the enemy failed the first time, it's a coin flip the second time they get you. No other race has that many cons, or at least purely from a gameplay perspective.
