Am I the only one who is honestly Baffled by the immense difference in quality and design between the Hallow-fall armor sets and the Tier sets? The difference in Soul between them is absolutely staggering. The Hallow-Fall plate set beats out almost if not all Paladin tier sets released to this day. And all the other weight classes are great too! Did they have their Interns design the Tier sets? They are so fucking bad almost without exception, and I don't think there is a single decent ones besides the Druid and Warrior sets maybe? Okay the Hunter set is decent too, But their sets have always been in a weird place, and I guess the fact that it doesn't look like a random assortment of trash and Fish-guts for once is a low bar to pass

Everything else is instant or castable while moving. You're usually sending out waves of missiles and barrages and orbs all while on the move. Frost is kind of similar, except it has to stop and cast Glacial Spike, Frostbolt and Blizzard sometimes. Probably has to stop and cast slightly more often than Arcane.

i think shaman suffers from being overdesigned, particularly enhancement shaman. you've got 3 different strikes (4 if you count crash), 2 different shocks, 2 different instant cast procs, on top of several extremely short sub 1 min CDs like wolves, primordial wave, ascendance, sundering, etc all on top of a bunch of procs like maelstrom, hot hand, hailstorm, and like 2 dozen individual utility buttons all of which are on the GCD. shit like frost DK, arms/fury war, and windwalker achieve gameplay thats just as engaging with half the rotation and half the utility. i really wish they'd trim it down, there's just too much there
