This implies that all the content creators did not get to unlock all things in the game and only somethings. That explains a lot, since in globku's first video of the "final build", it had many missions that were LOCKED or not "completed". To top it off, someone posted the HP bar of the HUD. Each time you took a hit, there was no feedback on the HP bar, but in some of the other sparking zero trailers and demo builds there are HP feedback where it flashes with light each time you get hit.
Globku in his new video today said that he was only allowed to do 30 mins of story mode, he was not allowed to do it all and as i said up above, in the first story mission, he literally unlocked costume. So not all the rewards were avaliable to the content creators.
By the way: It also means you can unlock things differently, through missions, wishes etc. But the take away is that, it is the final build with all the characters etc, but it isn't the retail build and in-terms of polish it's OLDER than even the namek build you pointed out, in-terms of visual polish etc.

I see a playable planetary moro basically being a giant head with arms, stuck on the ground with no jump but being able to move, with his running animation being him pulling himself along by him arms, and give his vanishes a unique rockspray effect to create the sense that he's disappearing underground and instantly appearing somewhere else
give it some bullshit lava pillars that reach all the way to the skybox to be able to hit flying enemies but overall make the point that it's an extremely high risk form that is mostly reducing you to turret play if your opponent avoids the ground, but has one of the most damaging ults in the game so if you manage to land it you're almost guaranteed a kill

in BT3 you had the option of choosing between multiple cost brackets in versus mode, I don't know if that'll be the case for ranked mode but it's possible that multiple DP costs were mentioned because they were discussing options for casual modes. I do think it'd be neat to have 15 and 30 as options in ranked though. I anticipate something closer to 30 if ranked is a single cost, but as someone who both would prefer 3v3 to 5v5 on average and enjoys a lot of the lower power characters, 15'd probably really be a nice spot for me.

A funny course of action would be if the ranked DP limits rotated on a time basis (daily, weekly, that kind of thing). There's like no chance of that being the case but I'd honestly enjoy the forced flexibility.
