I've been thinking about the underwear that the characters wear in Blue Reflection, more than I should I would say...I think that Sarasa's underwear tells us something about her. She's Hinako's rival in the game and has long red hair, her design (and indeed how she interacts with Hinako in the game) can give the impression that she's a girl who doesn't hesitate to say what she thinks and might be almost a rude girl, in at least one occasion she says something like ''I'm not doing this just for you''. But then, she wears underwear with pink edges, not to mention that her bra and panties have some kind of pattern (or a print? I don't know)...it can be unexpected, like Chihoro Inoue's underwear, in the case of Chihiro, I've altways thought that her underwear is out of place or character, considering her personality, she's a very shy girl that needs to have more confidence in herself and she can't be described as ''assertive'', so, why the ''grown-up underwear'', it's unexpected and out of place I would say...in the case of Sarasa, perhaps her lingerie (using that word again) is something that shows her more feminine side, or maybe even ''cute'' side depending on who you ask. She is a redhead and is Hinako's rival, yes, but she isn't a mean or rude girl (not that much at least) and has a feminine side, something represented by the underwear she wears...maybe.

I can't believe I'm analyzing characters or writing a character analysis using lingerie as reference, it might be something a little ridiculous and I know that not everyone cares about the underwear that female characters wear in video games but yeah, I'm of the idea that in real life and fiction and especially fiction, underwear in general tells us something about others and as I said, this is even more true in fiction.

Not at home right now so I can’t record but I cleared it comfortably with this setup. My dark waters are 240 quality (double IVs). I used two and a red jelly. As you can probably guess by quality scores, I’m running EDBA gear on Resna.
In battle, you should be able to wipe the bats turn 1, even the one who protects. You won’t be able to finish the wolf on turn 2 but make sure you S1 with Sophie so it doesn’t get a blue panel and kill someone. Should be easy to wipe him out on turn 3, 18 total turns in the battle and everyone at full HP.

Went on a bit of a gust shopping spree. I'll probably get the Arland compilation book and the remaining two Dusk artbooks at some point in the future.
The surprise here is the near completely mint Atelier Iris 2 limited edition box for really cheap though. Thing is nearly two decades old and everything save for the main box which has age/dust stains is in peak unopened condition. I've seen already opened/used ones go for way higher.

The figure details isn't er, very good, for lack of a better term. But they form a neat music box that plays Eternal Story when put together.

Just got Linca in my party. Thoughts on Ayesha so far:
I was expecting it to be more tonally different from Arland, more story focused, more grim 'n dark, but this is pretty consistent with Arland instead
I still don't really know what I'm doing alchemy wise but that's not really surprising I guess because Ayesha just learned that what she was doing was alchemy herself.

amazingly enough my biggest gripe is with the soundtrack. I thought Gust did a really good job giving each Arland game a unique soundtrack but Ayesha has way too many tracks that are really similar to tracks in Rorona. The big selector is coming up and I'm really torn on two of the four slots.
I'm definitely coming home with winter Rorona and rose Heidi.
For the pre-rose selector, I'm concerned at the extent that Valentine's Escha has been power crept by the fake kot, and while she was once my easy pick now I'm considering Wilbell who still has a tiny niche with her area S2.
For the post rose selector, I'm really torn between Bride Kot who I can think of all kinds of fun applications for (mostly on bolt Kot teams) and rose Lydie who would complete my rose collection and gives me a ton of team building versatility.

Is there even a point to using the painting items in general in Lydie?
You know, the items that activate battle field effects. I imagine some of them hyper specific autistic niche uses for some bosses/superbosses but your average battle seems to go way too quickly to see any real benefit in using them.

Damn, that's what pulled me in as a new-ish player, though I guess the chances of getting her with the 3k gems I just accumulated was pretty low...I wish gachas would just keep all event characters rollable until the end of the actual event.

oh that's cool, it'll probably take me awhile but if I'm still playing this game by then I'll get her. The gameplay's relaxing and enjoyable but I'm just feeling lukewarm on the story. It's selling me well on the characters of the mainline series though. If I end up enjoying Ryza I might check out pie girl's game next.

Nice, hopefully Ryza is fun for you. The story is the main pull here so yeah it makes sense to not pursue it fully if you don't enjoy it too much. That said, the story does pick up after the intro, I'm not sure where you are right now
