I'm surprised they "nerf" silence glyph despite of it already being the weaker among the purple actives. Cold front, slowing hex, knock down, and curse always have been more relevant casting active. If they make it into a "skill shot" they should have made it having bigger hitbox and being able to penetrate target and hit multiple people as well. Imo, that would be a good buff to it as well as withering whip. Withering whip would be perfect for a frontal AOE skill that just hit infront of you.
